Cyclone for air filtration

Venning Cyclone for brush, used to suck dust from brush who cleans empty casting plates after products are palletized. When using venning cyclone, dust nuisance in the production hall is significantly minimized.

Cyclone is designed so that the air is sucked in through intake pipes, and is then cleaned of airborne particles before the air is sent further out of exit pipes.

The focus on this type of cyclone has been effective air filtration, rather than high flow with coarser filtration.

However, even large particles, pebbles and concrete residues can easily be sucked through the pipe system due to the high air speeds of the intake pipes.

Emptying of particles takes place on the model shown, into a Big-Bag bag which is placed on a pallet. The cyclone is equipped with a pipe under the cone that will be filled with dust. When the pipe is full, a sensor detects this, after which a damper opens and empties the waste into the Big-Bag.

The pipe is equipped with a safety grate so that you can change the pallet with the Big-Bag bag while the production is running, without the risk of injury.

The entire structure is built around a powerful frame, where all the components are mounted on the vibration-dampening rubber brackets, so that resonance in machine parts and pipes is minimized.

The cyclone can be used in other contexts where air filtration is needed.

Cyclone can stand as a standalone device, or placed before a filter unit, to minimize filter wear.

Venning cyclone can be easily adapted to the customer's need for air filtration.
