Venning granulator is specially designed to crush mineral wool, or other porous materials, the size of the product is approximately ø70 mm.

The granulator is built on a heavy steel frame, on which the feed auger is suspended in two enclosed bearing houses. The auger is powered by a powerful gear motor.

The blades are made of hardox and are inserted from the outside into the granulation chamber.

The granulation chamber is an enclosed room, with outlet at the bottom.

The chamber is fitted with a top flange for connection of extraction.

The granulator is made with a service platform and service doors for easy servicing.

Woodchipper/Shredder

Venning Woodchipper is specially designed to crush wood waste, plywood, wood branches, wood pallet or furniture waste into small chips, the thickness of last chips is About 3mm-5mm, length and width is about 15-30mm, it is wood chips not wood shavings.

The wood chip product is useful as chip firing in Biomass boilers.
