The Line Belt is used between an organizer and a palletising unit and is suitable for a uniform delivery of products for palletising.

The Line Belt is used to carry the necessary amount of stones up to palletising. At the same time, the Line Belt has the function of accumulating the stones, thereby ensuring that there are always stones available to the palletising unit.

The Line Belt has at the back end, built in a sensor to counteract the overfilling of the system. If the sensor is activated, it will stop the part of the system that comes before the Line Belt.

Line Belt can be composed of multiple lanes but act as one line, which can be integrated into a line manager with individual course of action. This is possible since each line section has its own gear and drag station.
