Venning Plate transfer 75/120 is used to transport casting plates, from the transport path to the board feeder in the block making machine.

Casting plates are gently but safely transported from the track that delivers the casting plates. The transfer trolley, stands in position over plate. Plate lift on the track, lifts the casting plate up into position, after which the carriage clamp is activated. When the casting plate is locked, the transfer trolley moves to its delivery position. Plate lift rises in position and the clamp is opened, after which the plate is lowered onto the board feeder in the block stone machine.

The transfer trolley is electrically driven and the clamping function is driven by a pneumatic cylinder.

Plate transfer is easy to clean and there is easy access to interchangeable wear parts.
