Production
Our production takes place both at our own premises and at those of our close collaborator. The production is based on both single components, complete machines and turn-key plants. The final product is usually a customer-specific solution, desire or need.
Prior to starting production, we Construct, Dimension and Visualise the product in the 3D CAD-programme Autodesk Inventor.
This means that we always have a precise and optimised basis for production for both our own production and that of our collaborating partner, thus minimising the number of errors to the benefit of both our customer and Venning Maskinfabrik.
Installation & Service
- We carry out both electrical and mechanical installation.
- We offer to service and maintain both small and large industrial plants.
- We are happy to assist in the removal and optimisation of your plant.
- Repair and service of machines and plants.
All our staff have many years’ experience with service and maintenance which means that, together, we can find the best solution for you.
Project Management
We make it a point of honour to ensure that our customers enjoy professional and careful project planning and project management throughout the process.
Venning Maskinfabrik wishes to work closely together with our customers so that our staff follow assignments and projects from conception to finalisation.
In the same way, we, at the office, enter into an optimum dialogue with you, the customer, on matters such as contracts, finances, quality assurance, advice and hand-over.
Automation
Our professional knowledge and many years’ experience mean that we have the right skills to carry out specific automation solutions for various types of industry, processing and production plants.
We produce control panels and design control systems (PLC). Our panels comply with all relevant requirements. After the installation, we carry out labelling of cables and careful quality control – in the form of both Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing – of the entire system.
We offer everything from troubleshooting, refurbishment and optimisation of both new and older systems.
CE Marking
Venning Maskinfabrik CE-marks all machines and plants in accordance with the EU machinery directive with the associated risk assessments, declarations of conformity and technical files.
Machines and plants are constructed and produced in accordance with the provisions of the machine directive as well as the wishes and needs of our customers.
We prepare documentation such as user manuals and maintenance manuals, as agreed.
