Granulator

Venning Granulator is specially designed to crush mineral wool, or other porous materials, the size of the final product is approximately ø70 mm.

The granulator is built on a strong steel frame, on which the feed screw is suspended in two closed bearing housings. The screw is driven by a powerful gear motor.

The knives are made of hardox and are inserted from the outside into the granulation chamber.

The granulation chamber is a closed space, with an outlet at the bottom. The chamber is equipped with a flange at the top,
for connecting the exhaust fan.

The granulator is manufactured with a service platform and service doors for easy servicing.

Our production takes place both internally and with close partners, where we manufacture everything from individual components to turnkey, customer-specific solutions.

Using the 3D drawing program Autodesk Inventor, we ensure a precise and optimized production basis that minimizes errors and creates value for both the customer and Venning Maskinfabrik.
