Block stone plant 5758

Description

Function description:
From raw material silos ( 01 ), the various raw materials are transported to the dosing and mixing plant ( 02 ), where the various aggregates are processed into base and finish concrete.

Depending on the layout of the plant, the concrete is delivered by means of a transport system ( 03 ) to the Block Machine ( 04 ). Here, the concrete is filled into a stone mold via a filling truck and compacted by vibrations. Products can be made with and without a finish mix layer.

The still wet concrete products on the casting plate are then transported via a belt conveyor, through a Wet Brush ( 05 ) to the elevator ( 06 ), and if desired with the inclusion of a debris tip ( 07 ) in connection with a possible quality test system.

The wet product slab is transferred to the tram ( 08 ), which is then forwarded to a rack curing system ( 09 ). After curing, the dry product slab is conveyed via the tram to the lowering elevator (10).

The lowering elevator transfers the casting plates with products to the Belt Conveyor ( 11 ), which transports the plates to the position for palletizing.

A Portal Palletizer ( 12 ) lifts the hardened stones and places them on pallets. The Portal Palletizer can place the stones in a row by rotating and laterally shifting the products sideways.

A pallet magazine ( 13 ) ensures that pallets are always available for palletizing.

Via a roller conveyor system ( 14 ), pallets with products are transported to a foil wrapper ( 15 ), with which the pallet has reached its final position and can be lifted (e.g. with a forklift).

The empty casting plates, after emptying, are transported via a belt conveyor through a Plate Brush ( 16 ) with a cyclone filter ( 17 ). The casting plates are then turned by the Plate Turner ( 18 ) and conveyed to the Buffer Elevator ( 19 ), or continue to the plate transferer ( 20 ) before the plate feeder on the block machine.

The control system is a Siemens PLC, with specially developed software.

The control system of the plant containing I/O modules and safety circuits.
