Mortar silo

Venning Mortar Silo is designed for transport on trucks and use on construction sites for dosing dry mortar products for forced mixing with water.

Once the silo has been unloaded at the construction site, it is ready for use after connecting electricity/water.

The advantages of using the Mortar Silo are that it can be used 365 days a year, as the Mortar Silo is equipped with a water heater.

The dosing to the forced mixer is done with a screw conveyor, which avoids shovel work and reduces dust levels - this provides a better working environment.

The silo is fitted with a door/hatch for filling dry mortar products from the dry mortar manufacturer.

The mortar silo is fitted with the following equipment:
1st piece Vibration motor.
1st piece. Feed screw.
1. Butterfly valve with handle.
1. Water supply with solenoid valve and coil.
1. Electrical cabinet mounted with electrical equipment and control panel.
1. Water heater.
