Cyclone for air filtration

Venning Cyclone for air filtration, is used, among other things, to suck dust from brushes that clean empty mold plates after products are palletized. By using Venning cyclone, dust nuisance in the production hall is significantly minimized.

The cyclone is designed so that the air is sucked in through the intake pipe and is then cleaned of airborne particles before the air is sent out through the exit pipe.

The focus of this type of cyclone has been efficient air filtration rather than high flow with coarser filtration.

However, even large particles, pebbles and concrete debris can be easily sucked through the pipe system, due to the high air velocities in the suction pipe.

The model shown discharges particles into a Big-Bag bag placed on a pallet. The cyclone is equipped with a tube under the cone that will fill with dust. When the tube is full, a sensor detects this, after which a valve opens and empties the waste into the Big-Bag.

The tube is equipped with a safety grate so that the pallet with the Big-Bag bag can be changed while production is running, without risk of personal injury.

The entire construction is built around a strong frame, where all components are mounted on vibration-damping rubber mounts, so that resonance in machine parts and pipes is minimized.

The cyclone can be used in other contexts where air filtration is needed.

The cyclone can be used as a stand-alone unit, or placed before a filter unit to minimize filter wear. The Venning cyclone can be easily adapted to the customer's air filtration needs.
