Description
Description
Venning Palletip station is used in connection with rumbling of bricks and concrete blocks, and can be adapted to the customer's needs.
The Palletip station is used to place stones on a belt conveyor, which acts as a buffer and ensures that a steady flow of stones can be continuously delivered to the entire production in a rumbling plant.
The pallet tip works like this:
A full pallet is placed on the station's receiving table with a forklift and driven all the way into the arrangement. When the pallet is in place, the pallet is held in place by the side clamps, while the tipping arrangement tilts the pallet so that the stones fall onto the small belt. From here they are transported out onto a belt conveyor in production.
When the pallet is empty, the arrangement tilts down and the side clamps release so that the empty pallet can be removed again.
