Scraper conveyor

The Venning scraper conveyor is constructed so that the material is transported on an intermediate base plate inside the conveyor itself.

The conveyor is designed with a delivery hopper and a delivery hopper that can be expanded for delivery of the goods directly to a container or other transport unit in a production.

The conveyor is designed with an intermediate base plate, onto which the product is produced by an angle carrier that pulls the material with it.

The angle carriers are bolted to a strong hardened transport chain which makes servicing easier.

The conveyor chain is automatically tensioned using a spring tension system mounted at the gear end.

The scraper conveyors can be built in a closed system/channel, where holes are made at the delivery end for draining liquids from the transported material.
