Raise/lower Elevators

Venning Elevator for hardening rack system, consists of two elevator towers that are installed before a rack system with finger car system, in connection with block production.

Elevator 1 stacks up mold plates with newly molded products, ready for pickup by Fingercar. After products have been dried in the racking system, the dry products are delivered to Elevator 2, which stacks down mold plates with dry products. The mold plates are then ready for further transport in production.

Elevator lifts two molding boards at a time. Chains on the right and left sides are mechanically fixed in relation to each other, so chains will always have the same height on both sides.

Using the 3D drawing program Autodesk Inventor, we ensure a precise and optimized production basis that minimizes errors and creates value for both the customer and Venning Maskinfabrik.
