Transferring 75/120

Venning Slab transfer 75/120 is used to transport casting slabs from the conveyor to the board feeder in the block machine.

Moulding boards are gently but safely transported from the track that delivers the moulding boards. The carriage moves into position over the board. The board lift on the track lifts the moulding board into position, after which the carriage's clamp is activated. When the moulding board is locked in place, the carriage moves to its delivery position. The board lift raises into position, and the clamp opens, after which the board is lowered onto the board feeder in the block machine.

The carriage is electrically driven and the clamping function is operated by pneumatic cylinder.

The plate transfer unit is easy to clean and there is easy access to replaceable wear parts.
